Credibility

  • Osteopaths are regulated in law by the Osteopath’s Act 1993.
  • We are governed by The General Osteopathic Council and must be registered with this body in order to practice. It is a criminal offence not to be registered and practicing.
  • We then have to fulfill and show evidence of 30 hours of learning per year to en sure registration and continue practicing as an Osteopath.
  • We must also maintain full Indemnity insurance at all times in order to safeguard ourselves and the public.
